The Challenge

Freelancers spend 30-60 minutes writing each proposal on Upwork and Fiverr. Most proposals are rejected. The founder wanted to build an AI tool that analyzes job posts and generates tailored, winning proposals in seconds.

Our Solution

We built an AI-powered SaaS that analyzes job briefs using OpenAI's API, generates customized proposals matching the freelancer's skills, includes tone/length controls, and integrates with Stripe for subscription billing. We implemented prompt engineering to ensure proposals felt authentic, not AI-generated.
