Full-Stack — Intern, Junior & Senior
All three roles are full-stack and AI-native — you'll build real products with Next.js, TypeScript, and modern AI. The difference is where you're starting from and how much you own.
- Build and ship full-stack web applications with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.
- Integrate AI into real products — LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI), RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
- Take features from idea to production, with senior engineers guiding the way.
- Take part in code reviews and learn how production software is really built.
- Write clean, maintainable code you can be proud of.
Full-Stack Developer Intern
For students and early-career developers ready to learn by building real products alongside senior engineers.
What we're looking for
- Solid fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Some hands-on experience with React or Next.js — through projects, coursework, or personal builds.
- Real curiosity about AI and a drive to build things that actually work.
- Early in your journey (studying or self-taught) and ready to learn fast.
Junior Full-Stack Developer
For developers with some experience, ready to own features and ship to production with senior support.
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with React and Next.js (internship, freelance, or a job).
- Comfort across the stack — APIs, databases, and backend logic.
- Some exposure to AI and LLM tools, or a strong drive to master them.
- Ready to own features and ship to production with senior support.
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
For experienced engineers ready to lead client delivery end to end — own architecture, ship production AI products, and mentor the team as we grow.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years shipping production apps with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Can own a project from architecture to launch with little oversight.
- Real experience putting AI and LLMs into production — or the depth to master it fast.
- Comfortable reviewing others' work and mentoring junior engineers.
Business Development
You don't need to code. You need to bring in the right clients — the ones who need serious engineering — and own how the studio grows.
- Find and win new clients for the studio — through whatever channels work best for you.
- Own the pipeline end to end: the first conversation, the proposal, and the close.
- Build lasting relationships with founders and teams who need serious engineering.
- Work directly with our senior engineers to scope work and set the right expectations.
Business Development
For a driven closer who can win international clients for a senior engineering studio — build relationships, open doors, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships. Remote, open worldwide.
What we're looking for
- A real track record of winning clients or closing deals — however you get there.
- Experience bringing in international / Western clients (a strong plus).
- Sharp communication and the confidence to open doors and build trust fast.
- Enough understanding of software and AI to speak credibly with founders.
- Self-driven and comfortable owning a pipeline end to end, without a script.
