Is the business development role technical?

No — you don't need to write code. You do need to understand enough about software and AI to speak credibly with founders, plus the drive and skill to bring in new clients. You'll work closely with our senior engineers to scope the work and set expectations.

What tech stack will engineers work with?

Primarily Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node, plus modern AI tools — Claude and OpenAI APIs, RAG, and AI agents. If you love shipping with these, you will feel right at home.

Do I need a computer-science degree?

No. We care about what you can do, not where you studied. Show us real work — projects, open-source, or a track record — and strong fundamentals, and that speaks louder than any diploma.

What kind of projects will I work on?

What does a typical week look like for engineers?

You will spend most of your time building — shipping features, integrating AI, and reviewing code with the team. We keep meetings light and stay focused on getting real work into production.
